Starting 1 April 2026, @realty moved to a Platinum Partnership Agreement with Trade Me across all four zones. This follows Trade Me's retirement of the Gold Package on 1 March 2026. Under this new agreement, @realty uses banded pricing, which means the cost is based on the property's expected sale price.
These rates include the base listing fee and GST.
